帅哥本来在老妈那里吃饭的，我在家吃饺子，所以也没买菜。结果，哼哼，他竟然多老妈说，我要回去配她吃饭，不如她又不吃了，这不明摆着要我做饭，洗碗啦，看看冰箱只有春笋和豆腐干，只好乱炒了一下。

这是这期《好味道》里的菜，但是配方很复杂，我精简了许多，加了些创新。
板豆腐切块，用胡椒粉和盐，香叶腌出水份，同时切黄瓜，小葱，泡香菇虾干，并切碎。
起油锅，用干净的纸吸去豆腐的水，沾上生粉煎。
最后用剩下的油炒黄瓜，香菇，虾干碎等配料，加酱油，水，红翻天，调味料，
