要放点水和料酒，盖上盖子再放微波炉里会好很多

所以也不能转很长时间，小点的鱼5-6分钟就可以了

今天吃西瓜了.剩下的皮挺脆的,正好拿来做个菜.
原料:去表皮的西瓜皮,切成条状,用适量盐腌制半小时;青辣椒

楼上的，这道菜我爱S了！不过，我要用辣辣的青椒，薄皮儿的那种辣椒！

盐渍半小时太长了吧，担心西瓜皮太软，没了筋骨，口感稍稍差耶。

看起来不错，我还没吃早餐呢！！

吃西瓜皮不是为了充饥。要是红烧着吃，显然将西瓜皮的特点给忽略了。
