基本上都是葱油的基调.
鱼先在背上开了几刀,用黄酒,蒸鱼豉油腌制片刻,晾干,烤之前刷上一层油.
鸡翅弄得比较简单,先浸一下黄酒,刷一层油,再撒了一些"莫顿"烧烤盐. 味道还可以,比较适合口味清淡的人.
对了,提醒烧烤时用锡纸的朋友,撕锡纸的时候一定要小心. 昨天我动作快了些,手指被划了一下,光荣负伤也.
