lisa烧菜偶记(74楼 ---烤了一个蛋糕)

呵呵,因为只有两个鸡翅,所以偷懒放一起烤了.
不腥,因为烤之前已经用黄酒去过腥了

基本上都是葱油的基调.
鱼先在背上开了几刀,用黄酒,蒸鱼豉油腌制片刻,晾干,烤之前刷上一层油.
鸡翅弄得比较简单,先浸一下黄酒,刷一层油,再撒了一些&quot;莫顿&quot;烧烤盐. 味道还可以,比较适合口味清淡的人.

对了,提醒烧烤时用锡纸的朋友,撕锡纸的时候一定要小心. 昨天我动作快了些,手指被划了一下,光荣负伤也.

温控250度.烤盘放第二层, 13分钟就烤好了. 我还觉得鸡翅有一点老,估计烤鸡翅11分钟差不多. 烤好后,用筷子在鸡翅上插一下,看熟了没有.

小提示:咖喱不要放葱,马来人、印度人都不吃葱的,放了就不像咖喱了!不过,看样子做得不错,一定很好吃!

上周末做的咖哩鸡翅

那天家里吃荠菜馄钝,抓了几根荠菜切碎后撒上去配配色.

我也喜欢这样做出来的菜。不过我现在怕热, 用微波炉。[em28][em28]
