本道菜是帅锅教我的, 是他在美国的时候跟一个南京人学的, 肯定正宗. 刚认识的时候拿出来唬我的, 就象幽兰老公反应一样, 我硬说是他买的, 不过却实实在在是刚做好的还冒着一些些热气的鲜嫩美味的鸭子, 由此, 我对帅锅景仰的不得了, 后来就自己动手做了, 其实非常简单, 但其中的奥妙还是要反复做几次后才能得到满意的口味.
材料: 花椒, 盐, 两只鸭腿(或全鸭)
做法:
1.干净的锅烧热, 将盐和花椒一起炒热炒香, 不必炒太久, 花椒的香味冒出来的时候就可以熄火了;
2. 鸭腿洗洗干净, 吸干水, 将炒过的花椒盐均匀涂抹在鸭腿两边, 盛在锅里放冰箱腌渍至少24小时;
3. 第二天将腌过的鸭腿取出, 拍去上面的花椒盐, 放铁锅中加满水, 大火煮沸, 转小火慢慢炖, 炖至鸭腿熟透(用筷子戳一下, 能戳进去就行了)
PS:这里提示一下,花椒盐拍去后, 水中可再适当斟酌着加点盐, 以免肉的咸度不够.
4. 将鸭腿取出晾凉, 即可斩件上盘啦~~

当日现场品尝的有花木村两大村民: 幽兰和农民. 幽兰第二天就尝试过了, 也唬了她劳工一把...据说农民的爸爸也已经做过三次了, 看来已经发扬光大了, 哈哈~~
其实品过的人还有很多, 老大, 杨子夫妇, 花农也曾经在此之前也吃到过, 估计时间太久, 已经忘了吧?!~~~
