材料：鸡蛋一个，面份一勺，蔬菜适量，番茄沙司一勺，盐少许。
制法：先将面粉加一点水搅开，加入鸡蛋、盐搅匀，制成蛋浆。
          锅内放一点油，烧热，倒入一半蛋浆，转锅，摊成薄饼。
          将蛋饼、蔬菜装入盘中，加上番茄沙司就ok了。把蔬菜换成水果也很好吃。
          还有开动时记得要喝一杯牛奶才够营养。
