PASTA其实有很多种而且很便宜比中国面便宜多了!我最爱的就是卷卷的Fussily了,这次贴的是筷子从上次那个菜谱上新学的~
做饭:先煮通心粉,切记通心粉不能煮过了,不是有句话么,最差的pasta就是overcooked了!然后在小锅里加黄油,盐,油化了之后放入洋葱和番茄,翻抄至看不出形状,再放肉糜还有胡萝卜丁,抄熟,最后放番茄酱和少许牛奶~出锅装盘!
