呼啦学做菜!(pasta~)

2004年2月19日                韭菜饼

没啥特别需要庆祝的日子,只是因为买到了韭菜,真是不容易!上回馋得不成,却眼睁睁的看着另一个MM优雅地在我面前把货架上最后一小扎韭菜拿走了!如果上天再给我一个机会,我一定要对那个妹妹说一句:“你好快!”
好了,闲话少说,贴图加说明,撑死了!


这是原料:韭菜,鸡蛋(2~3个,看情况),面粉,肉馅,白菜(图上忘记放了)

韭菜切碎,白菜切碎撒盐控水捏干,鸡蛋抄熟

最后抄肉馅,抄熟了把韭菜白菜和鸡蛋加入拌匀,放盐,香油,味精(肉馅太瘦可以加些色拉油或者猪油,馅以湿一些为好,这样做出的饼饼馅美多汁)

抄馅的时候同时可以找另一个人和面,面可以用热水和,这样比较柔软,做饼的面可以软一些!然后擀皮包馅,做法跟做包子一样:

包包子的同时起油锅(平底不粘锅,油烧量,因为是煎的不是炸),油温8成热,把包子放如油锅拍扁(用手按),两面泛出金黄色可以起锅了(其实馅是抄好的,不用担心没煎熟)

吃的方法就不用说了,沾醋和香油呗!另外可以煮一锅红豆粥~今天又吃了个人仰马翻。

我切韭菜,筷子抄鸡蛋,我切白菜,筷子抄肉馅,我拌馅,筷子和面,我擀皮包包子,筷子煎饼饼~分工明确,我家没有不劳而获者!对了,碗是偶刷的!郁闷,筷子不爱耍碗。

以后偶不能再这么懒了,也要弄点好吃的才行!!(妖妖一边流口水一边下决心)
