抄馅的时候同时可以找另一个人和面,面可以用热水和,这样比较柔软,做饼的面可以软一些!然后擀皮包馅,做法跟做包子一样:

包包子的同时起油锅(平底不粘锅,油烧量,因为是煎的不是炸),油温8成热,把包子放如油锅拍扁(用手按),两面泛出金黄色可以起锅了(其实馅是抄好的,不用担心没煎熟)
