2004年2月29日              寿司（巨累！）

这次真是个失策的决定！因为做寿司实在是太麻烦又费钱了！
不过说到底其实最终裹寿司其实还是很容易的，就是准备原料比较累人,先做了一锅糯米饭，水放多了，糯米又太粘，弃置（改做筷子的豆沙八宝饭了），后来又蒸了一锅，一般的大米和糯米混着蒸，水放少了，蒸出的米饭一粒一粒的，这才合格！

2.做寿司的必备物品:
竹席，糯米，白醋，芥末，寿司用紫菜

3.我准备的原料们：
照片里有三文鱼，虾，黄瓜，酸黄瓜，蛋条，实际还准备了蟹肉棒色拉和玉米粒

这些是成品了，做法我就略了，因为很多菜谱里都有，也很简单，看自己喜好可以自己配，关键是包了！

哎呀，看见你用的WASABI拉，跟我现在吃的是一模一样的。自己手笨，只能从百盛买现成的吃。老姐快点学呀，到我这来帮我做饭~~~~
