做法如下:起油锅,先抄土豆丁(因为土豆不容易熟),抄一会放入黄瓜丁,然后盛出,备用。然后再起油锅,油温6成,先放生辣椒酱抄出红油,再放入花椒,葱,姜丝,蒜,干辣椒,抄出辣味后,油温调至9成,立即放入鸡翅段爆炒(注意油会蹦出,呼啦常常被溅到,可怜的我呀),放少许料酒(我用啤酒代替了),再放些酱油,糖,盐,闷一会,鸡翅段差不多熟透了再把刚才抄好的黄瓜土豆丁放入一起抄,最后放点味精调味~
先SHOW一下蒸排骨的家伙,这个可是非常重要,我这儿没有蒸锅,还好从国内带了个小电饭锅,锅里有个蒸屉,只是蒸屉上如果放了碗就盖不上盖儿了,真是左右为难!左思右想终于找了个好办法:用锡纸代替锅盖!

做法如下:
原料是小排骨,我用的是去了骨的排骨肉(因为超市里买排骨得自己切,所以偷懒啦),切块,然后用蒜泥和最重要的豆豉(或豆豉酱)涂抹,再放入盐,味精,酱油,少许淀粉,腌半个小时,放入蒸屉开蒸!大约蒸个半个小时吧,我也是大概,看蒸锅的火力了,大概最后肥肉蒸化为准!然后起锅咯~
