[原创]开始玩烤箱--元旦假期,新年小点!

表妹连着提了两次黑米糕，馋我啊。记得大学春假去杭州，就特别爱吃那个糕，1块钱一块，很好吃呢。
国庆陪公婆逛街，在南京路的食品一店见过，可惜离家很远啊。

刚烤好拿出来, 还舍不得吃的, 马上放冰箱里冰着, 帅锅还问偶是不是要半夜爬起来偷吃?? 卖相还行, 但真的不好吃.....真的, 底部一层很硬, 没有镜面果胶, 就用橙子果酱代替, 表面一层倒是软软的有CHEESE CAKE的味道, 没有外面店里卖的奶酪蛋糕那么绵软, 难怪有人告诉偶奶酪蛋糕很难做......嘿嘿, 不管它......好歹烤出来了, 是隔水烤的, 不知道是哪个关节做错了, 下次再试......(帅锅旁边已经咣噹倒地: 你! 你知不知道你很浪费??? 你用的可是进口的奶酪!!!, ,,嘿嘿嘿, 偶改用光明的奶酪行了吧?!....)

和艳后家帅哥同感啊,我们这里奶酪卖得太贵,买来奶酪辛苦半天做PIZZA和蛋糕,非但味道不如店里好,有可能比买成品还贵!且当享受做的乐趣了!
如果能买到果胶就可以做更多东西了.
