严重地感谢帅锅, 是偶自制产品的忠实试吃者(非尝不可, 不然偶会嚷的他不能睡觉!) 这几天把偶失败的,或成功的作品全吃啦~~[em10][em39]昨天晚上回家, 进门就耸耸鼻子, 然后大叫: "啊! 饼干!!...."(不是高兴, 是面带恐惧), 但这次没有让他失望, 昨天做的小饼味道很好, 他大赞不已, 说可以拿的出手啦~~~高兴ING~~~[em26][em26]

前天烘了两种巧克力蛋糕, 一种是用蛋糕自发粉加其它配料烘的, 一种是用进口已全配的巧克力蛋糕专用粉烤的, 果真大不一样. 先烤自己配的, 烤出来, BF先尝一块, 说又有进步, 但仍旧有馒头味....[em33]等第二个烤出来, 连烤的颜色都差别很大哦, 颜色和味道完全就是蛋糕味, BF连连说这才是蛋糕哦...看来是粉的问题..

近照, 巧克力的味道非常浓, 估计跟油也有关系, 第一个放的是色拉油, 第二个放的是黄油, 明显第二个香味浓烈的多啦...

继续小饼报道: 昨天好象做了四种饼, 迷迭香, 核桃, 薄荷, 还有香蕉的. 但今天早上起来才想起, 香蕉的粉团还冰在冰箱里, 忘了做了!!

核桃仁因为自己偷懒, 用磨碎机打的过碎, 结果小饼的口感差了点, 虽然有核桃味, 如果大家做的时候, 记得还是用刀切好了, 不要太小块, 会影响饼的味道.
薄荷饼很有意思, 看起来热烘烘的小饼, 吃到嘴里, 就象香水的后味一般, 薄荷味开始充满嘴里, 同时感受冬日暖和夏日凉了...迷迭香的味道很浓烈, 我在想如果把粉浆摊成抛饼, 估计更好吃, 用的是新鲜的迷迭香, 准备试着下次用来做咖哩鸡或烤鸡胸啦...
