妖妖,我用的是黄酒,酒是当水用的,所以可以多放点,不然会焦的。酱油少放点,煮到肥肉看起来透明了就可以了, 差不多熟了放糖。我放了香叶。桂皮茴香的话少放点,味道太重不好吃。五香粉也可以。放蛋的话,先把蛋煮熟,割几刀,中途放下去,这样煮的蛋最好吃是泡在汁里第二天最好吃。
