独家秘技:鱼去骨去头,取鱼肉鱼皮,剁成粗茸,加入姜末,盐,蕃薯粉,用手捏均匀直到有韧性。
用生姜爆锅,加水烧开,把鱼肉一点点摘到开水里,大拇指左右长度粗细。然后烧一分钟,盛入碗,加葱、醋。
[em02]我是买的现成的鱼肉,在家摘入汤里烧开就可以的。但觉得还是自己买了鱼做更加鲜美。用小黄鱼,梅鱼,或免鱼做,免鱼做的是口感最好的。
