原先我晚饭都做4菜一汤,要2个小时,2个人吃到油光满面。现在看这本书,明显减轻了我的负担,2菜一汤就可以了,下厨时间也缩短为1.5个小时。
平时也是在菜场看到什么就胡乱买来烧的。这顿饭可是按照这本书做的,不过改动了一下。

准备工作:肉片切薄,盐、酒腌20分钟,加芝麻加蕃薯粉拌匀
这次是这样做的:洋葱爆香,炒肉片至断生,起锅。油锅再次热了后下鲜蘑炒,等鲜蘑熟了再把肉片倒进去,翻炒一下就起锅。
