看了几天这本书后,来了点创造,做个白菜丸子面当早餐
步骤:1. 把丸子、大白菜、香菇、黑木耳、盐、味精放在开水里煮2分钟后,连汤倒进面碗里,再加猪油、麻油(这个汤前天晚饭时做过,就大米饭吃的,味道清淡,大白菜要煮得硬朗,软软的就不好吃了)
2.再煮一锅开水,下面条,煮4分钟捞上来,放入面碗就可以了
