割十字的结果是怎样？膜有没有和肉分开？
如果家里有很多栗子一时吃不完，都蒸熟了，晾凉不用去壳，用食品袋包好，放到冷冻室
可以吃到过年。
过年的时候我看到有这样处理的冷冻栗子，要卖１０元一斤呢
冷藏的效果不好，也会变质

昨天照马师傅的方法蒸了一锅，果然不错，因为一点水都没沾着，所以蒸出来的板粟干干的特别粉，是个好办法，不过我足足蒸了20分钟壳才开了，用的是小火，是不是该用大火比较好？
