栗子大量上市（P7剪法）

我们这一般用微波炉或者高压锅做栗子时都要先想办法破坏掉它密封的状态，比如扎孔或者像楼主介绍的办法，不然真是有点危险。
楼主买的都是油栗子吧，我们这这么叫呵呵，这种栗子就是比那种淀粉含量高的品种甜。
顺便广一下告嘻嘻，俺这里己经超过迁西，成为全国最大的板栗种植地了。去年金华板栗卖到二十元一公斤，有的农户都是用麻袋把现金装回家的，说真的，偶都有点不敢相信了。

掉个头，剪刀一头衔接已开缝的边，右边的剪刀头为支撑点，左边的剪刀头向右划去

再以右边的剪刀头为支撑点，左边的剪刀头向右划去

现在的栗子壳比较干，比新上市的容易剪
而且，比新上市的栗子要粉要甜，所以我买了好几斤，蒸熟了放冰箱冷冻室里存着慢慢吃
