割十字的结果是怎样？膜有没有和肉分开？
如果家里有很多栗子一时吃不完，都蒸熟了，晾凉不用去壳，用食品袋包好，放到冷冻室
可以吃到过年。
过年的时候我看到有这样处理的冷冻栗子，要卖１０元一斤呢
冷藏的效果不好，也会变质

如果不割破膜，皮分开，膜和肉还是分不开。

马师父，你是用什么剪刀及怎样剪的呀？？
我已经看懂你要剪的部位了，可是，我照样子用平时的剪刀剪的时候觉得很危险。
而且剪得并不象你的那样整齐！
应该是我的方法不对了。快快告诉我。家里还有栗子等着呢：）

用尖头剪刀，不要那种裁缝剪刀
剪刀一头先扎进去一个点固定，另一头的尖头划出裂缝，再一头扎牢，再划。
没有伤过手指，就是划多了拿剪刀的右手中指会起水泡，需要先在指关节包一条创口贴
我看街头卖栗子的是用裁纸刀划的，我用过，力气太小，划不出裂缝

我们这一般用微波炉或者高压锅做栗子时都要先想办法破坏掉它密封的状态，比如扎孔或者像楼主介绍的办法，不然真是有点危险。
楼主买的都是油栗子吧，我们这这么叫呵呵，这种栗子就是比那种淀粉含量高的品种甜。
顺便广一下告嘻嘻，俺这里己经超过迁西，成为全国最大的板栗种植地了。去年金华板栗卖到二十元一公斤，有的农户都是用麻袋把现金装回家的，说真的，偶都有点不敢相信了。

掉个头，剪刀一头衔接已开缝的边，右边的剪刀头为支撑点，左边的剪刀头向右划去

再以右边的剪刀头为支撑点，左边的剪刀头向右划去
