材料:糖半杯(我减少为100ML),水1/4杯,苹果2个
奶油113克(我减少为90克),糖1/3杯(减少为50ML),面粉80克(我用了粟粉30克,低粉60克),泡打粉1/2匙,蛋2个,牛奶20ML(因为面粉加了点,所以牛奶我用了30ML)
1:半杯糖加1/4杯水放小锅里煮沸,到有点咖啡色。我想我烤蛋糕每次底下都会焦,所以就没把糖烧到很浓的颜色,只是有一点点咖啡色,就倒模子里去了
