笛子

材料：煮熟的蛋黄一个，奶油（我用光明黄油）60G，糖30G，面粉和玉米粉各50G

用这个分量只能做一点点，10多块饼干，太麻烦，我全都加倍，做了两烤盘，也只有20 多块，糖和奶油的分量可以减少点，这样比较健康，嘿嘿


做法很简单：

奶油半融化后打发，加糖继续打到糖都融化（天气太冷，手都酸了，糖还没全融，我不管了也就这样用了）

粉类混合好后筛进混合好的黄油里，用橡皮刮刀用上下切的方式混合好，用保鲜膜包好放冰箱里冷冻一个小时
拿出来就是这样

切成小块，用手搓圆，在中间用大拇指按个坑，边上有的裂开是正常的，垫烤盘纸，撒点干面粉，放好。

烤箱180度20分钟后出来是这个颜色，有点焦了，不太好看

看看里面金黄的，很诱人吧，真的是很酥松的口感

第2盘调整到170度15分钟，出来的颜色就比较好了
