为虾米我做出来的不是很好吃呢?我早就做过了,样子还比你的好看点,也不知道那里出了问题,一股玉米粉的味道.还很硬的说,气啊,做饼干什么的总是不成功!

美味的卡士达酱

一个朋友说喜欢吃卡士达酱的泡夫,就在网上找到了方子,自己来做。
做了两次,摸索了点经验

材料:蛋黄3个,低粉3大匙,糖两大匙,牛奶1杯,打发的鲜奶油1/2杯

1:蛋黄加1/4的牛奶打散,加入过筛的面粉,拌匀,要没有颗粒的状态(第一次做的时候我按照食谱,直接把蛋黄和面粉搅拌,很稠,做出来就会有颗粒,后来先加了牛奶稀释一下就好很多)
2:用小锅子把牛奶加热到开了以后,把一半牛奶慢慢冲进蛋黄液,边冲边搅拌,拌匀以后倒到锅里与另一半牛奶煮到浓稠,马上离火。整个过程都要不停搅拌(用打蛋器),这样就不太会有颗粒
3:用保鲜膜盖好(以免表面发硬),冷藏一会,加一小匙蓝姆酒(不加也可以,但是加了以后会有很清爽的感觉,我很喜欢),把打发的鲜奶油拌进去

最后我用电动打蛋机搅拌了5分钟,很细腻了

这个酱是填充泡夫用的,拌色拉也很好吃。不妙呀,同学看到我说我胖了很多了[em00][em00]

用剩下的蛋白做了橙汁巧克力杯子

1:3个蛋白加150克糖打发

2:融化的黄油100克(可以适当减少,我用了80克)加150ML橙汁,有柠檬的话可以再加50ML的柠檬汁,我还加了一大匙橙粉(我觉得加果珍应该也不错)拌匀

3:泡打粉,小苏打各一小匙,低粉220克,筛进混合物2里面,拌匀

4:把蛋白分3次放进面糊,用橡皮刮刀搅拌均匀,最后放进切碎的巧克力

还没冷,我就把他切开来了,所以里面有点湿。晚上回来那些已经冷了,里面就干了
