简单易做,非常好吃
材料:250G淡黄油(室温,我一般都是放微波炉里中火转50秒到半融化的状态),1/3杯细砂糖(1杯是240ML),一个蛋,2个蛋黄,3杯低粉,1/2杯碎杏仁(我买了大包的杏仁,很容易切碎),一小勺香草粉,糖粉适量
做法:
1:把黄油,鸡蛋,细砂糖先打发,然后把面粉筛进去拌匀
2:用手把混合物搓成核桃大小,150度烤25-30分钟(我用了180度考了25分钟,咬开看好象里面不是很酥,又加了10分钟,出来这样就很好了,其实时间到了以后可以不要马上拿出来,就放在烤箱里直到冷却)
3:把饼干放金属架上冷却,然后在糖粉里滚一下。可以在密封罐里储存1-2个星期,要吃的时候再拿出来撒上糖粉。
我留了一点放了可可粉,做了可可味道了,上面嵌了颗核桃,好看又好吃啊。
我这些还不是马上吃,所以没撒糖粉,撒上去的话一定很好看
装了一玻璃罐,冬日,在太阳下抱着一罐子的小饼干,晒晒太阳,看看花,就象小熊一样快乐
