香草椰丝小松饼
感觉我的照片越来越漂亮啦,不过小饼干的味道也不错

这个做法稍微麻烦了点。转自克莱尔点心小栈
材料:
雞蛋2個.低筋麵粉80克,細砂糖60克,水1大匙(我用牛奶代替),香草粉1/4小匙,糖粉適量 ,我另外加了大概2大勺椰丝和一大勺柠檬粉
做法:
1: 低筋麵粉與香草粉混合過篩備用
2:蛋白與蛋黃分開,蛋黃加入砂糖30公克打至乳白色後,慢慢加入水打勻,再慢慢倒入篩過的粉類拌勻
3:蛋白與剩餘的砂糖30公克,用打蛋器打至硬挺後,拌入麵糊內 (我用了3个蛋白,结果烤出来就不是很干,有点蛋糕的味道,看来还是要严格按照配方来做啊)
4:取一方形烤盤鋪上蠟紙,將麵糊裝入擠花內,擠出成一個個圓形麵糰在烤盤上,上撒糖粉,以150度c(300F)烤約20分鐘即可
现在我满手,满身的奶油味道,好象也变成了块奶油饼干
