你酿葡萄酒了吗？（P16,07年新做的）

<>前些日子我上海的小姨和姨夫来我家玩，说起他们现在都自己酿酒喝，去年他们两老酿了100多斤，又好喝，又实惠，说是现在很流行自酿酒。说的我心动，也要试试。<>他们的方法特简单，把葡萄洗干凈，凉干，破皮挤碎在干凈的并里，放7分满。1 斤放2两糖就可以放在那里让它发酵。等到葡萄渣都沉在瓶下，清酒在上就大功告成了。酒渣分离装瓶就行了。<>温度高快，放一天就开始发酵了。<>我开始做了一点试试，现在葡萄不多价高，我买的是碎葡萄不是一串串的那种，反正要一粒粒楸下来的。颜色越深越好，我买的不够红，也不够甜，因为我等不急到好葡萄上市.

第一次买了2 斤，吃了些，不够了，又买了 2斤，做了一斤半瓶子只好装1.5斤。7月10日做的。因为没拍PP，所以我昨天又做了，从头开始拍PP。
