从来没想过蝴蝶酥这么容易做,这边叫这种小点心小猪耳朵 :)
不过自己做要有材料,就是现成的一种面片,一层面一层牛油反复压制而成。买到这种材料就很容易做了。

面片从冰箱冷冻室拿出来,放置10分钟解冻,然后面上刷一点水,撒上糖,两边松松地卷起来,切成片,进烤箱200度10分钟左右吧,我都是在旁边看着,差不多就出炉了。我这次没放很多糖,喜欢吃甜的可以稍稍多放点,烤出来可以看到糖,不过就要更小心地看着,因为糖多非常容易糊。
