新鲜的桔子一定好吃,不过要一瓣一瓣把透明的皮也剥掉,好麻烦啊,呵呵

对啊,而且不小心还会剥坏掉。而且。。。。。。而且买不到果胶~!

我用的是新鲜的酵母,先把酵母块用温水化开,加一点点糖,一点盐,几大勺食用油(我用了橄榄油),然后加面粉和好,静置1小时,让面充分发起来,发好后揉一下,杆成托盘的形状。

这个酱可以发面的时候做,洋葱切粒,我还加了胡萝卜(切薄片),热锅放点油,洋葱炒香,加入胡萝卜翻炒,然后加入番茄酱慢慢煮,放盐糖调味。

面饼上先抹上一层煮好的番茄酱,然后就是摆材料了。
我先铺了一层灯笼椒丝(绿的,红的,黄的),然后左边是吞拿鱼、青豆, 右边是肉肠、菠萝粒、玉米粒。记得材料要干身一点,不要太湿,不然烤的时候会出水。
材料都摆好以后进预热好的烤箱(我用了220度)烤25分钟左右(面饼要烤熟)

面饼烤熟以后拿出来,撒上芝士碎,再进烤箱烤10-15分钟,芝士融化,就大功告成了。

帅哥迫不及待了 :)

这次做的批撒面底有点太厚了,第一次用小烤箱做,面的份量没有把握好,面上的芝士碎也有点少,小烤箱的烤盘很浅,做的时候要小心一点。^_^

很有卖像的样子,你干脆在那边开个藏花食府美食坊吧,既能赚钱,也能把藏花阁发扬光大.

WYNN做的匹萨品种真丰富,好看肯定也好吃!
自从我自己做过几次(虽然品种单一),但似乎味道也还不错,家里那位就宣言:以后可以不用去必胜客了.弄得现在我想去必胜客,都会被他挡回来:你还是自己做吧!
