我用的是新鲜的酵母,先把酵母块用温水化开,加一点点糖,一点盐,几大勺食用油(我用了橄榄油),然后加面粉和好,静置1小时,让面充分发起来,发好后揉一下,杆成托盘的形状。

这个酱可以发面的时候做,洋葱切粒,我还加了胡萝卜(切薄片),热锅放点油,洋葱炒香,加入胡萝卜翻炒,然后加入番茄酱慢慢煮,放盐糖调味。

面饼上先抹上一层煮好的番茄酱,然后就是摆材料了。
我先铺了一层灯笼椒丝(绿的,红的,黄的),然后左边是吞拿鱼、青豆, 右边是肉肠、菠萝粒、玉米粒。记得材料要干身一点,不要太湿,不然烤的时候会出水。
材料都摆好以后进预热好的烤箱(我用了220度)烤25分钟左右(面饼要烤熟)

面饼烤熟以后拿出来,撒上芝士碎,再进烤箱烤10-15分钟,芝士融化,就大功告成了。
