<><br>这个比拉肠容易多了。<br><br>材料:白萝卜,腊肉,香菇,米粉<br><br>白萝卜刨成丝(萝卜多点好吃),腊肉、香菇(泡软)切成很小的粒,锅里先放腊肉炒炒(我没放油,因为觉得腊肉有油了,充分利用一下,呵呵),再放香菇炒香,加进白萝卜丝,加盐、胡椒粉翻炒。<br>米粉调成糊,这个米糊比做拉肠的要稠多了,因为萝卜会出水。我觉得搅拌起来会感觉筷子有阻力,稠稠的。<br>材料炒好以后倒进适合的容器(我没有合适的,就用了个普通的玻璃碗),把米粉糊倒进去,搅拌均匀,米粉糊不宜太多,多了材料会飘起来,下面的部分就没那么好吃了。上锅蒸一小时左右。<br><br>忘了说萝卜糕里面还可以按个人口味放别的东西,比如说虾米什么的,我还听说有人放鸡肉粒的,不过我没有试过。还有的做法要把粉糊也放进去一起炒炒再上锅蒸。我都没试过,有兴趣的可以试试 :)<br><br><img src="attachments/dvbbs/2006-7/2006731854779330.jpg" border="0" onload="if(this.width>screen.width*0.7) {this.resized=true; this.width=screen.width*0.7; this.alt=\'Click here to open new window\nCTRL+Mouse wheel to zoom in/out\';}" onmouseover="if(this.width>screen.width*0.7) {this.resized=true; this.width=screen.width*0.7; this.style.cursor=\'hand\'; this.alt=\'Click here to open new window\nCTRL+Mouse wheel to zoom in/out\';}" onclick="if(!this.resized) {return true;} else {window.open(\'attachments/dvbbs/2006-7/2006731854779330.jpg\');}" onmousewheel="return imgzoom(this);" alt="" /></P>

抹上肉馅以后象这样叠,注意把空气按出来。

再对折两下变成这样。然后用手小心的按薄一点,这里要稍稍注意别把面皮按破了。

坐上锅,放点油,用中小火煎熟,注意火不能太大,不然表面糊了里面还不太熟。

这样方方的是不是很好笑?呵呵,我觉得挺好做的,也好吃 :)
