呵呵，我今天用奶粉试着做了姜撞奶，好像蛮成功的，就是有点受不了姜的味道，辣辣的，好在放了糖。[em25]

方馅饼，是葱油饼变过来的，原来喜欢做葱油千层饼，不过别人说吃葱油饼还要再做菜吃，于是后来就发展成肉馅的饼了。

面活好分成几分，取一份杆成一张大薄饼。

饼上抹一层调好味的肉馅，调肉馅时要多放点油，还可以多多放葱。

抹上肉馅以后象这样叠，注意把空气按出来。

再对折两下变成这样。然后用手小心的按薄一点，这里要稍稍注意别把面皮按破了。

坐上锅，放点油，用中小火煎熟，注意火不能太大，不然表面糊了里面还不太熟。

这样方方的是不是很好笑？呵呵，我觉得挺好做的，也好吃 ：）

我是南方人，不会做面粉类的饼，但是很喜欢吃啊，呵呵
