简单的做法,看上去跟可乐鸡翅有点象,不过没有汁的。

这里我用了3块腐乳(据说用南乳更好),加点海鲜酱捣匀。鸡翅皮薄的那面划口,加姜丝,腐乳海鲜酱糊,一点腐乳汁(我这次没加,加了一点点盐),拌匀,盖好盖子放进冰箱淹(时间长一点好些,我这次淹了好久)。要吃的时候拿出来剪熟即可。(我又没放油,凉锅就把鸡翅皮朝下摆进去,用小火慢慢把油煎出来),切记火不能太大,不然表面糊了里面还不熟。
